• Usage data (page views, uploads)
• Photo metadata (resolution, timestamp)

• To host, organize, and display photos
• To generate face embeddings for search
• To deliver guest-specific galleries
• To improve our Service and support users

We do not use face data for ads or resell any personal information.

3. AI and Facial Recognition

• Used only for linking guests to their photos
• Embeddings are anonymized and non-reversible
• No raw facial data is shared externally
• Guests may request deletion of their data

4. Responsibility of Photographers

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from individuals in uploaded photos. Snaptide does not verify or manage guest consents.

5. Guest Access and Privacy

• Photos are visible only to matched guests or shared via link
• Albums are not public unless uploader makes them so
• No public search or indexing of photos

6. Data Retention

• Photos remain until deleted by you
• Inactive albums may be removed after some time
• Backups may exist briefly for safety

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell data. We may share data:

• With storage/process partners under contract
• When legally required (court orders, law enforcement)

8. Security

We use modern encryption and access controls. However, no system is impenetrable. Protect your login credentials and notify us of any breaches.

9. Your Rights
